Ordering Our Cards
Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday are printed and despatched the same day, unless of course you’ve selected for your card to be despatched at a later date. We’ll send you a despatch confirmation email to let you know when your order is on its way.
Each card will arrive in a cellophane wrapper inside a separate brown envelope to protect the card in the post.
SPELL CHECKS ARE ESSENTIAL AS MISTAKES CANNOT BE RECTIFIED ONCE PRINTED.
Turnaround Times For Our Cards
Our turnaround times (arriving at your door) are a combination of the time it takes for us to receive and create your order and domestic delivery times. These are based on Monday to Friday working days but are still only rough estimates as times can be affected by postage delays. However, if you’ve still not received your order 5 days after our despatch date then we will re-print and resend your order at no extra cost. Longer periods may apply for international destinations and are based on a card to card basis.
Packaging & Delivery Costs
Each different sized product has a different delivery cost. Gifts are larger than cards therefore delivery costs are a little more. Each product and its postage options will be available at the check stages.
If you would like to order several cards and would like to receive a bespoke postage quote then then click here to tell us about your order.
For a single card the standard delivery cost is £1.99. If you purchase different products in a single order, such as a Greeting Card (Standard Delivery £1.99) and a candle (Standard Delivery £8.99), then the greatest delivery fee is used. They are not added together. This will be present at the checkout stages and marked clearly.
Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery costs are an extra option at the checkout stages. Your order will default to a Royal Mail first class option. Please select tracked items here. All orders for next day delivery must be received by 12am to allow time to process and guarantee delivery
in addition to the Standard Delivery fee. The surcharge is £5.00 for Tracked and £7.00 for Special delivery. Therefore if you order a single 6″x4″ print to be delivered by a Tracked Service you would be charged £1.99 (Standard Delivery) +£5.00 (Tracked) to make a total of £6.99.
European & Worldwide Delivery
We presently only offer delivery to mainland UK with orders from our website. No overseas orders can be accepted at this time.
Non Delivery due to circumstance beyond our control
Neither we or any delivery service can be held liable for failure to deliver on time the next day delivery option of your card.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with our products but unfortunately on occasions things don’t go to plan. If you are unhappy with our products or cards then we would be happy to issue you a full refund. All refunds must be sent back to us with this postage paid by the customer and must be unopened in the packaging it arrives in. A full refund will be issued once we have investigated the returned item and the sales details.
We only accept refunds after 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned after 14 days will be issued with an credit note. All refunds must be returned with a proof of purchase and a cover note stating why you have decided to return your goods to us.
Any goods with manufacturing errors or are faulty will be replaced or an refund will be issued. A refund will also be issued to the customer for the postage cost incurred when returning faulty or damaged goods to us.
We would personally recommend 1st Class Recorded delivery when sending goods to us to ensure they arrive and can be tracked.

What we do with your personal data
Any data that we collect or details supplied by yourself will be used for the sole purpose of your order and completing your order should any errors exist.
All data collected by Le Sorelle Cards is protected against unauthorised viewing and access as required by the data protection act 1984 and 1998 and we never disclose your information to any third parties.
We Use PayPal Payment Gateway for your peace of mind
When it comes to secure payments over the internet PayPal is a leader. We use the PayPal payment gateway at the point of payment when buying from our website. It is a secure option that customers can use even if they don’t have a PayPal account.
We may, on occasion contact you regarding sales or items from our website that you may find of interest. If you no longer wish to receive any email correspondence from us then choose the un-subscribe option in the footer of all correspondence.
Credit Card Payments & Your Details
Your payment details are not recorded by us and we don’t keep your financial records on file.
